What Poppi Is
Poppi is a soda built on apple cider vinegar and prebiotic fiber, sweetened with a small amount of cane sugar and stevia. A 12 fl oz can carries 30 calories against around 150 for a regular cola. Starbucks added it in 2025 as the sweet fizzy option after dropping the older bottled sodas, and it sits in the cold case next to the sparkling water.
It tastes like a lighter, tangier version of the soda it copies. The vinegar is there if you look for it, mostly as a sour edge on the finish.
